Transparent, Affordable Pricing

HSA & FSA cards accepted — use pre-tax dollars toward your evaluation
Superbills provided — for clients with PPO insurance plans seeking out-of-network reimbursement
Step Up for Students Unique Abilities Scholarship accepted — for eligible Florida families
Please reach out if you would like to discuss reduced fee options or payment arrangements — Dr. Anna is happy to work with you to find a solution that fits your situation so you can focus on getting answers instead of worrying about cost.

Choose Diagnostic Testing + Full Report if you:
Need documentation for university disability services or standardized test accommodations

Want to save time and money compared to two separate evaluations
Have already been diagnosed with one condition and want to rule in or out the other
Not sure if you need a full report right now?
No problem — you can always start with Diagnostic Testing Only and request the full written report at a later date if your needs change. Simply pay $750 at that time and Dr. Anna will prepare your comprehensive report. Many clients find this a helpful option when they want answers right away but aren't yet sure whether formal documentation will be needed down the line.
Insurance & Payment Information
Out-Of-Network Provider
Wildflower Psych is a private-pay practice and does not bill insurance directly. If you have a PPO insurance plan, you may be eligible for partial reimbursement through your out-of-network benefits. Dr. Anna provides a superbill — a detailed invoice with diagnostic and procedure codes — that you can submit directly to your insurance company for reimbursement. Many PPO plans reimburse a meaningful portion of evaluation costs. We recommend calling the member services number on the back of your insurance card to ask about your out-of-network benefits before your evaluation.
How Do I Figure Out My Out-Of-Network Coverage For Testing?
Wildflower Psych services may be eligible for full or partial reimbursement as part of your out-of-network benefits. To help facilitate out-of-network claims, Dr. Anna provides a monthly Superbill that includes the information necessary to submit for reimbursement to your insurance company.
You’re encouraged to contact your insurance company to ask the following questions to learn more about your out-of-network coverage:
How much coverage is available for out-of-network providers? For instance, what percentage of the fee does the insurance company reimburse?
What is the deductible (i.e., the amount you’re required to pay before you’re eligible for reimbursement)?
Does the insurance company set a limit on the number of sessions per year? If yes, what is the total number of sessions per year?
Does the insurance company limit the total amount reimbursed for testing services? If so, it can be helpful to ask how much they reimburse for the following CPT codes (also called “procedure codes”) used in the evaluation process. Insurance companies often classify ADHD and autism evaluations as neuropsychological testing, which is typically reimbursed at a higher rate than standard psychological testing, depending on the plan and medical necessity determination.
Please ask about reimbursement for:
90791 – Clinical Interview / Diagnostic Intake
96130 / 96131 – Psychological Testing Evaluation Services
96132 / 96133 – Neuropsychological Testing Evaluation Services
96136 / 96137 – Test Administration and Scoring
HSA & FSA Cards Accepted
Wildflower Psych accepts Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) cards as payment — making it easy to use pre-tax dollars toward your evaluation.
Flexible Payment Plans
We understand that a comprehensive evaluation is a significant investment. Flexible payment plans are available to help make testing more accessible. Please reach out to discuss payment plan options before your evaluation.
Reduced Fee Options
A limited number of reduced fee spots are available for clients experiencing financial hardship or without insurance reimbursement. Please reach out confidentially to discuss whether a reduced fee arrangement may be available for you.
Step Up for Students Scholarship — Florida Families
For Florida families, Wildflower Psych accepts the Step Up for Students Scholarship (formerly known as the Family Empowerment Scholarship for Students with Unique Abilities). This scholarship can be used to cover the cost of psychological evaluations for eligible students. Please reach out to confirm eligibility and current availability.
Private Pay: Your Options & Advantages
Wildflower Psych is a private-pay practice — meaning you pay directly for services rather than having insurance billed on your behalf. Private pay comes with meaningful advantages regardless of what you choose to do afterward: faster access to care without waiting for pre-authorization, no diagnostic limitations imposed by insurance requirements, and no risk of claim denial or unexpected bills down the line. What you choose to do after that is entirely up to you.
If you have a PPO insurance plan, you have the option to seek partial reimbursement on your own by submitting the superbill Dr. Anna provides. Your evaluation results are never shared with your insurance company without your explicit permission — you are in full control of what you submit and what you keep private.
If you choose to pay entirely out of pocket and not seek any insurance reimbursement, you unlock an additional layer of privacy and freedom that many clients find invaluable:
Complete confidentiality — your evaluation results are never reported to any third party, including your insurance company, without your explicit permission. What happens in your evaluation stays entirely between you and Dr. Anna.
Your records stay yours — a diagnosis entered into an insurance claim becomes part of your permanent medical record accessible to insurers. Opting out of reimbursement keeps your results completely private and in your control.
Whichever path you choose, Wildflower Psych is here to make the process as transparent, straightforward, and stress-free as possible.
Additional Neuropsychological Testing
For clients seeking accommodations on standardized tests such as the SAT, GRE, LSAT, GMAT, or MCAT, or for children needing comprehensive documentation for an IEP, additional neuropsychological testing may be required beyond a standard diagnostic evaluation. This more extensive testing provides a detailed cognitive blueprint of an individual's processing strengths and challenges — the kind of robust evidence required by universities, testing boards, and disability offices.
Please reach out to discuss whether additional neuropsychological testing is recommended for your situation, and for current pricing information.
