Finally Ready For Answers?
Dr. Anna understands you may have questions about the evaluation process and whether Wildflower Psych is the right fit for you or your family. Schedule a free 20-minute consultation to get your questions answered and learn more about what to expect.
Getting started is often the hardest part — but the process itself is straightforward, collaborative, and designed to be as comfortable and accessible as possible. All evaluations are conducted primarily via telehealth on a secure, HIPAA-compliant Zoom platform, making it easy to access care from wherever you are in California, Florida, or across 40+ PSYPACT states. Limited in-person appointments are available in Cupertino, CA, the San Francisco Bay Area, and Sarasota, FL.
If you've been putting off testing, you're not alone. Many clients spend years wondering whether ADHD or Autism might explain their experiences before finally taking the first step. The good news? The process is simpler, faster, and more accessible than most people anticipate — and the clarity that comes from finally having answers makes every step worthwhile.
Who Dr. Anna Provides Testing For

Women and girls — whose ADHD or autism traits have been overlooked, misattributed, or masked throughout their lives
Neurodivergent individuals — seeking a comprehensive evaluation that accounts for the full picture, not just one diagnosis

What to Expect: The Testing Process Step by Step
LET’S CONNECT
The process begins with a free 20-minute phone or Zoom consultation — a no-pressure conversation where you can share what's bringing you in, ask questions, and get a sense of whether Wildflower Psych is the right fit. Dr. Anna will provide an overview of the evaluation process, discuss which type of evaluation is recommended, and answer any questions about fees, payment plans, and scheduling. There is no commitment required.

WE’LL DIVE IN
Once you're ready to move forward, the evaluation begins with comprehensive diagnostic interview sessions — typically spanning two appointments — where Dr. Anna explores your history, current concerns, and day-to-day experiences in depth. You'll also complete standardized questionnaires that provide structured insight into attention, executive functioning, behavioral patterns, and social communication.
As part of the ADHD evaluation, Dr. Anna also administers a formal computerized attention test — a continuous performance task that objectively measures attention style across four key areas: attention, timing, impulsivity, and hyperactivity. Unlike standard tests, this assessment incorporates real-world visual and auditory distractors, providing a much more ecologically valid picture of how attention actually functions in everyday environments. For autism evaluations, Dr. Anna uses assessment tools including the CARS-2 and ADOS-2 when clinically indicated.
YOU’LL GET ANSWERS
Following the evaluation sessions, Dr. Anna carefully scores, interprets, and integrates all assessment data into a clear, comprehensive picture of your — or your child's — neurocognitive profile. You'll then meet for a detailed feedback session where Dr. Anna walks you through the findings, explains what they mean in plain language, and answers all your questions. You'll leave with a formal diagnostic letter confirming your diagnosis if applicable, along with personalized treatment recommendations, resource referrals, and clear next steps. If you opted for a full written report, this comprehensive document will be provided for your review before the feedback session.
YOU’LL BE SUPPORTED
The relationship doesn't end when the evaluation does. At Wildflower Psych, Dr. Anna remains available as a resource to every client — whether you have questions after your feedback session, need updated documentation in the future, or want to discuss next steps for treatment or accommodations. Once a client, always a client. If therapy is recommended following your evaluation, Dr. Anna also offers anxiety therapy, parenting counseling, chronic illness counseling, CBT, Child Therapy, Teen Therapy, and more, making it easy to transition seamlessly from evaluation to treatment in one trusted relationship.
